Recruit people to our server

As you may know, we need more people for events and some people in this server are becoming rather bored, the solution to this problem is to recruit more people, below I have compiled a list of things that can be done to make people join our private server.
If you think that anything is missing please reply to this topic and I'll be sure to edit it in.

1.Ask your friends to join
2.Make advertisement videos or M.M.V's in Smartie (Only 1 is done)
3. Advertise in the forums

I know it is rather a small list but with suggestions, and people offering to do some of these things, we can make the server a better place for everyone.
